Care record<\/strong><\/td>Every care provided must be documented with sufficient content, in chronological order, and with professional authorship.<\/td><\/tr>

When AI is incorporated, the IPRESS must define what data the tool receives, who can review the result, how errors are corrected, and how the content is incorporated into the SIHCE. Subsequent access via RENHICE does not correct an incomplete note at the source.<\/p>\n\n
