💻 How it works
- Create a new video call visit from the VISITOR PAGE or from a patient's record.
- Paste the link to your meeting, compatible with Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Select the patient and, if desired, attach clinical records.
- Click on “Send attendee to the meeting.”
The attendee joins as a silent participant, captures audio only, and at the end of the session:
- 📝 Transcribe the conversation
- 📄 Generate SOAP notes
- 📋 Produces patient instructions (if applicable).
All audio is automatically removes after the process, guaranteeing the privacy and security of clinical data.

Itaca uses services that comply with international security standards (SOC 2, AES-256 encryption) and deletes the recordings once the notes have been generated. 🔐 Your information and that of your patients remain protected at all times.
