Better organize your patients with personalized labels


Now Itaca allows you to assign labels to each patient -for example, "private consultation", "hospital" o "telemedicine"- and easily filter by these tags on the Patients page.

  • Distinguish contexts of care: Use tags such as "private practice", "public hospital" o "teleconsultation" to immediately identify the environment in which you care for each patient. This allows you, for example, to review only patients seen in telemedicine when preparing reports or statistics.
  • Organize follow-ups and controls: Tags such as "quarterly control"., "postoperative follow-up". o "chronic treatment" help you prioritize patients who require regular check-ups or continuous monitoring. This allows you to plan your schedule more efficiently.
  • Support teaching or research: Tags such as "type 2 diabetes", "hypertension", "pediatric case" o "teaching case". allow you to group cases with similar characteristics for clinical analysis, presentations or academic review.
  • Simplify administrative management: With labels such as "health insurance", "private payment" o "pending invoicing"With the new system, you can quickly separate patients according to their payment modality or coverage, streamlining coordination with your administrative team.

How to do it

  • Open the Patients page in Ithaca, select a patient and click on Edit.
  • Write a new label or choose an existing one

  • At the top of the Patients page, use the filter by tags to display only patients matching the selected criteria.
