With the new Google Calendar integration, Itaca takes that agenda and incorporates it directly into your clinical flow: it identifies the patient, prepares the visit and eliminates administrative steps that were previously unavoidable.

🔒 What it does and does not do

• What it does:reads future events, extracts patient information and starts the visit with the data already prepared.
• What it doesn't do:does not create, edit or delete events; it does not access your mail or other services.
• You remain in control and can switch off the integration at any time.

🚀 Getting started

1. Go to Visits and Notes → Connect Google Calendar.
2. Authorize access and select the calendars to be synchronized.
3. On the home page, each appointment will appear ready to start the visit with the patient already identified and ready to be documented.
